Shiva Shree Hydropower Limited (SSHL) is closing its rights offering today, originally scheduled to end on 8th Ashwin, 2082, but extended to 23rd Ashwin, 2082. The offering was first opened on 19th Bhadra, 2082.

Under this rights issue, SSHL is issuing 100% right shares worth Rs. 1.47 Arba through the allotment of 14,764,000 units on a 1:1 basis to its existing shareholders. The company’s current paid-up capital is Rs. 1.47 Arba, and after issuing the rights shares, the paid-up capital will increase to Rs. 2.95 Arba.

According to the Central Depository System and Clearing Limited (CDSC), a total of 22,996 applicants applied for 9,566,718 units, equivalent to Rs. 95.66 crore.

Citizens Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the rights offering.

The book closure date was Shrawan 16, 2082, meaning that only investors who were shareholders before this date were eligible to apply for the rights shares.
