Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited (SHINE) has announced it will hold its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 26th Mangsir, 2082. The meeting is scheduled to take place at Hotel Saffron C.K. Pvt. Ltd. in Butwal, Rupandehi, commencing at 12:30 p.m.

A key agenda item for the meeting is the endorsement of a 13% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The dividend proposal, put forward by the bank's 319th board meeting held on 21st Kartik 2082, consists of a 3% bonus share worth approximately Rs. 14.62 crore and a 10% cash dividend (including tax) worth approximately Rs. 48.75 crore. This distribution is based on the bank's current paid-up capital of Rs. 4.87 Arba.

Additional AGM agendas include endorsing the auditor's report along with the profit and loss statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports for FY 2081/82. The appointment of an auditor for the upcoming fiscal year 2082/83 will also be decided. Furthermore, the meeting will discuss plans for potential mergers and acquisitions, with an agenda to identify suitable banks and financial institutions for this purpose.

The book closure date is set from Mangsir 12, 2082. Shareholders registered in the company's books by this date will be entitled to receive the proposed dividend and are eligible to attend the AGM.
