Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) has announced that Sunday, Ashoj 26, will be the final day for shareholders to secure eligibility for the upcoming dividend distribution. The bank will conduct a book closure on Monday, Ashoj 27, for one day, in preparation for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and dividend purposes.
This means that investors who have traded and hold Sanima Bank shares on NEPSE up to today will be eligible to attend the AGM and receive the declared dividend.
The bank has scheduled its 21st Annual General Meeting for Sunday, Kartik 2, at Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu, beginning at 10:00 AM. The meeting will approve a proposal to distribute a 7.3685% cash dividend on the current paid-up capital.
Additionally, the AGM will discuss the issuance of 8.25% non-redeemable cumulative preference shares, authorize the Board of Directors to amend the Memorandum and Articles of Association, and hold an election of three directors representing the promoter group.
