OPPO, a global smart device brand, has announced an expanded collaboration with Google to enhance personalized and secure mobile AI experiences, focusing on AI capabilities, model deployment, and user privacy.

Mind Space & Gemini Integration
OPPO’s upcoming Find X9 Series will feature the Mind Space app, which allows users to capture and organize text, images, and web content with a simple three-finger swipe. Through the partnership with Google, Mind Space is integrated with Gemini, enabling users to leverage AI for actionable tasks, such as creating trip itineraries, editing images, or receiving step-by-step guidance using Gemini Live.

Advanced AI Tools
Users can interact with Gemini across OPPO apps, share their screens or camera views for assistance, and edit photos using Nano Banana, Gemini’s image editing model.

Privacy and Security
All AI processing operates within the OPPO AI Private Computing Cloud (PCC), using Google Cloud’s confidential computing services to ensure sensitive data remains secure and inaccessible to third parties. Features such as AI Mind Space, AI Search, AI Call Summary, AI VoiceScribe, AI Recorder, and AI Writer are built on this framework.

Launch Details
The full suite of AI features will debut on the Find X9 Series and ColorOS 16. Buyers of the Find X9 or Find X9 Pro will receive a three-month Google AI Pro subscription, offering enhanced access to Gemini and 2TB of cloud storage.
