• The company had previously disclosed the scheme of arrangement for this merger on November 14, 2024.
• Jiostar informed Reliance Industries that the merger officially took effect on November 30, 2025, at 6:09 PM IST.
• As a result, Star Television Productions Ltd. now stands merged into Jiostar India Private Ltd.

Both entities are subsidiaries of Reliance Industries.
