LIFE Offering Details

• Second Tranche: 350,000 units issued at $0.20 per unit, raising $70,000.
• Each LIFE Unit includes:
  • 1 common share
  • 1 LIFE Warrant, exercisable at $0.40 for 24 months, starting 60 days after closing.
• Proceeds will be used for general working capital and corporate purposes.
