Auction Period and Background
City Hotel Limited (CITY) is closing the auction of 21,50,418 unsold shares from its previous 1:0.80 rights offering, which was issued from 23rd Bhadra to 26th Ashwin, 2082. The auction, managed by Prabhu Capital Limited, opened on 23rd Kartik, 2082 and will close today, 30th Kartik, 2082.

Unclaimed Shares and Allocation
Out of the total right shares issued, 1,12,41,582 units (85.22%) were successfully allotted to eligible shareholders. The remaining 14.78% (19,50,418 shares) went unclaimed by investors. This unclaimed portion includes:

• 19,80,999 units of promoter shares under lock-in
• 6,000 units of employee lock-in shares (locked until Jestha 04, 2083)
• 1,54,419 units held by public shareholder groups
