Dividend Proposal for FY 2081/82
Nepal Hydro Developer Limited (NHDL) has proposed a 9.47% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82, as decided in its 95th board meeting held on Kartik 28. The company has also announced its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Dividend Breakdown
The proposed dividend will be distributed from the company’s paid-up capital of Rs. 38.81 crore, and includes:

• 9% bonus shares worth Rs. 3.49 crores
• 0.47% cash dividend (for tax purposes) amounting to Rs. 18.38 lakhs

Approval Requirements
The distribution of the dividend will proceed only after receiving approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission, followed by endorsement from NHDL’s 19th AGM.
