W LPG Announces Q3 2025 Dividend and Key Dates for Shareholders

BW LPG Limited (OSE: BWLPG.OL, NYSE: BWLP), the world’s leading owner and operator of LPG vessels, has announced key details regarding its cash dividend for the third quarter of 2025.

The company’s Board of Directors has approved a dividend of US$0.40 per share, effective 1 December 2025. For shareholders registered with Euronext VPS, the dividend corresponds to NOK 4.0474 per share.

  • Last trading day including dividend rights: 10 December 2025
  • Ex-date: 11 December 2025
  • Record date: 12 December 2025
  • Estimated payment date: On or about 22 December 2025

For Shares Registered with the Depository Trust Company (NYSE)

  • Last trading day including dividend rights: 11 December 2025
  • Ex-date: 12 December 2025
  • Record date: 12 December 2025
  • Estimated payment date: On or about 22 December 2025

Shareholders must hold shares on the record date to qualify for the Q3 dividend.
