Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (USLB) has officially converted 1,87,371.09 units of promoter shares into public shares, changing the company’s overall share structure.

With this conversion, the total number of listed shares in NEPSE has reached 2,468,657 units. The revised shareholding ratio now stands at 62.41% promoter and 37.59% public.

After conversion, the promoter group holds 1,540,689 units, while the public group holds 927,968 units.

On the trading front, USLB last closed at Rs. 1,809.00.

This conversion is expected to enhance market liquidity and increase public participation in the company’s shares.
