Unicommerce eSolutions Ltd has partnered with Himalaya Wellness to streamline the legacy brand’s e-commerce operations and strengthen its omnichannel strategy.
Himalaya has implemented Unicommerce’s flagship Uniware platform to integrate multi-channel order management, warehousing, and retail operations across major online marketplaces and over 150 physical stores. The initiative aims to automate order processing, improve inventory accuracy, and enable faster deliveries.
In its exchange filing, Unicommerce noted that its plug-and-play ecosystem — covering marketplaces, brand webstores, logistics partners, ERPs, PoS, and accounting systems — will provide Himalaya with end-to-end visibility and enhanced operational control.

Following the announcement, shares of Unicommerce eSolutions Ltd rose to ₹129.11 and were trading at ₹128 as of 1:55 pm, 0.5% above the opening price. The stock has declined roughly 2% over the past month.
