Tejas Networks Receives ₹84.95 Crore PLI Incentive; Q2 Results Show Sharp Decline

Tejas Networks Ltd has received ₹84.95 crore from the Ministry of Communications under the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme for telecom and networking products. This first tranche represents 85% of the eligible incentive for Q4 FY24–25, with the remaining amount to be disbursed according to scheme guidelines.

Q2 FY26 Results

  • Net Loss: ₹307.17 crore vs. Net Profit of ₹275.18 crore YoY
  • Revenue from Operations: ₹261.37 crore, down 90.7% YoY
  • EBITDA: Loss of ₹293.7 crore vs. positive ₹534.45 crore YoY

Despite the challenging quarter, Tejas Networks remains confident in scaling international revenue to 30–40%, improving margins through a stable product mix, and normalising receivables by FY25.

Market Reaction: Shares closed at ₹494.50, down 1.85% on the NSE on November 28, 2025.
