The bank will distribute dividend at a rate of 10.3583% of the paid-up capital, which includes:

• 5% bonus shares
• 5.3583% cash dividend, including tax

Board Approval and Regulatory Endorsement
The decision was made during the board of directors meeting on Kartik 28. The dividend will be distributed after receiving approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
