The last day to secure dividends from RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RSDC) is Monday, Kartik 24. The microfinance institution will conduct its book closure on Kartik 25 for the purpose of its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and dividend distribution.

According to this notice, shareholders who hold shares and have traded in NEPSE by today will be eligible to attend the AGM and receive the declared dividend from the company.

RSDC Laghubitta has scheduled its 12th Annual General Meeting for Friday, Mangsir 12, at the Western Asian Hotel Pvt. Ltd., Butwal, Rupandehi. The meeting will begin at 9:30 AM.

During the AGM, the company will present a proposal to distribute an 8% cash dividend (including tax) based on the current paid-up capital. Additionally, the meeting will discuss and approve proposals to authorize the Board of Directors to pursue merger or acquisition opportunities with other financial institutions, as well as to appoint an auditor for the upcoming fiscal year.

This marks another milestone for RSDC Laghubitta as it continues its growth and expansion in the microfinance sector while rewarding its shareholders.
