IME Khalti Limited, formed after the merger of IME Digital Solution Limited and Khalti Pvt. Ltd. on 1st Shrawan, has appointed Pravin Regmi as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

• The 11th Board of Directors meeting approved Regmi’s appointment for a four-year term, effective immediately.
• Previously, Regmi served as CEO of IME Digital Solution Limited and, post-merger, has been an active board member of IME Khalti Limited, contributing to the company’s strategic leadership.

With over 15 years of experience in fintech, banking, and digital transformation, Regmi has played a significant role in advancing Nepal’s digital payment ecosystem. IME Khalti Limited expects him to contribute further to the growing digital and cashless economy in Nepal.

• The outgoing CEO, Vinay Khadka, completed his four-year tenure and stepped down.
• Regmi has also served as the founding chairman of the PSP Association Nepal, promoting collaboration, coordination, and policy improvements among payment service providers.
