People’s Power Limited (PPL) has officially listed 31,63,000 units of right shares on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).

The company had earlier issued the right shares in a 1:0.50 ratio, offering 31.63 lakh units to its shareholders from 22nd Ashadh to 26th Shrawan, 2082. Of this total, 27,71,221 units were subscribed and allotted to eligible shareholders. The remaining 3,91,779 units of unsubscribed right shares were subsequently auctioned from 15th Bhadra to 22nd Bhadra, 2082.

Following the completion of allotment and auction processes, all 31.63 lakh right shares have now been officially listed and are tradable on NEPSE. Prabhu Capital Limited served as the issue and auction manager for this right share offering.

As of the latest trading session, People’s Power Limited (PPL) is trading at an LTP (Last Traded Price) of Rs. 311.00 per share.
