Annual General Meeting Announcement:
NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited (NRN) has announced its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Poush 4, 2082 (December 19, 2025). The meeting will take place at Amrapali Banquet, Kathmandu, starting at 9:00 AM.

Dividend Proposal:
The company’s board of directors, in its meeting held on Kartik 25, 2082, proposed a 42.105% total dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82, based on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.28 Arba.

• 40% Bonus Shares: worth Rs. 51.37 crores
• 2.105% Cash Dividend (for tax purposes): worth Rs. 2.70 crores

Meeting Agendas:
During the AGM, shareholders will discuss and endorse:

• The auditor’s report, along with the profit and loss statement, financial reports, and cash flow statements.
• The appointment of an auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83.
• The proposal to issue rights shares at a 1:1 ratio after distributing the bonus shares.
