Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) has announced that its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 23rd Mangsir, 2082, at Anupam Foodland and Banquet, Battisputali, Kathmandu, starting at 9:00 AM.

6.3158% Cash Dividend Proposed for FY 2081/82

One of the key agendas of the meeting is the endorsement of a 6.3158% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The decision was made during the 170th Board of Directors meeting held on Bhadra 19.

• Paid-up Capital: Rs. 21.60 Arba
• Proposed Cash Dividend: 6.3158% (including tax)
• Total Dividend Amount: Rs. 1,36,42,12,800

If approved, shareholders will receive the dividend based on their holdings before the book closure date.

Additional Agendas for the AGM

The AGM will also address the following:

• Endorsement of the auditor’s report, including the profit & loss statement, financial reports, and cash flow reports
• Appointment of an auditor for FY 2082/83
• Election of two board members from the public shareholding group

Book Closure Date

The company has announced Mangsir 12 as the book closure date.
Shareholders who maintain their holdings before this date will be eligible for:

• The proposed cash dividend, and
• Participation in the 7th AGM
