Mountain Energy Nepal Limited (MEN) has announced a 21.0526% dividend proposal for the fiscal year 2081/82.

The proposal was made during the 134th meeting of the Board of Directors held on Kartik 20. The company has proposed a 20% bonus share and a 1.0526% cash dividend (for tax purposes).

The proposed dividend distribution is subject to approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The book closure date has been set for Mangsir 17. Therefore, shareholders who have maintained their shares until that date will be eligible for the dividend and can attend the AGM.

As of the latest trading session, MEN closed at Rs. 622.00.
