ICFC Finance Limited has declared a cash dividend of 15.7895% on its paid-up capital from the previous fiscal year’s profits to be distributed among its shareholders.

The decision was made at a board of directors meeting held on Kartik 23 (November 8, 2025), approving the dividend rate.

The dividend distribution will be carried out after obtaining approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and subsequent ratification at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
