India’s HDB Financial Services has accepted bids totaling ₹4.60 billion ($52.3 million) for the reissue of two corporate bonds, according to three bankers on Tuesday. The bonds include:
- 7.3274% August 2028 bond with a tenure of 2 years and 10 months, accepted at a yield of 7.20% for an issue size of ₹2.75 billion, and
- 7.3268% October 2030 bond with a tenure of 24 years and 11 months, accepted at a yield of 7.325% for an issue size of ₹1.85 billion.
The company had invited commitment bids for these bonds on November 10, with both issues rated AAA by Crisil and Care. The sizes mentioned include base amounts plus any greenshoe options.
HDB Financial Services has not yet responded to requests for comment.
