Gold Prices Surge by Rs. 2,800 Per Tola in Nepal; Silver Also Rises

Gold prices in Nepal have seen a significant surge, increasing by Rs. 2,800 per tola and reaching Rs. 242,300 per tola today. This marks a noticeable rise from yesterday’s price of Rs. 239,500 per tola, making it one of the sharpest increases in recent days.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA), Tejabi gold also registered an increase, now priced at Rs. 241,600 per tola, compared to Rs. 244,400 per tola the previous day.

In the silver market, prices have followed a similar upward trend. Silver rose by Rs. 60 per tola, climbing to Rs. 3,150 per tola from Rs. 3,090 per tola yesterday.

These price hikes reflect ongoing fluctuations in the international precious metals market and growing demand within the country.
