Norvic International Hospital and Medical College Limited has moved forward with the process of issuing ordinary shares through the book-building method.

Under the proposed issuance, the hospital plans to issue 20% of its issued capital, equivalent to 20,41,200 shares. Out of this, 40% — totaling 8,16,480 unit shares — will be offered to qualified institutional investors (QIIs).

As part of the process, the hospital had successfully conducted a road show program on Baisakh 11 at Kathmandu Marriott Hotel.
