Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited is set to open the public issuance of its mutual fund scheme LS Horizon 12 from Baisakh 30.
Fund Size and Structure
The fund will issue a total of 12 crore units at a face value of Rs. 10 per unit, amounting to a total fund size of Rs. 1.20 Arba.
The scheme will operate under Laxmi Sunrise Mutual Fund as a 12-year closed-ended mutual fund.
Unit Allocation
Out of the total 12 crore units:
- 1.80 crore units are reserved for the fund promoter, Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited
- Remaining 10.20 crore units will be offered to the general public
Application Details
Investors can apply for a minimum of 100 units and up to a maximum of 1.20 crore units.
The issue will remain open until Jestha 4. If the units are not fully subscribed by then, the deadline will be extended until Jestha 13.
