Bottlers Nepal Limited and Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Limited have jointly announced that they will not distribute any dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The decision was taken during separate Board of Directors meetings held on 26th November 2025.

Both companies published official notices in accordance with Rule 26(5) of the Securities Registration and Issue Regulation, 2016, and Clause 22(d) of the Securities Enlisting Bylaws, 2019, informing investors about the decision.

According to the statements, the Boards concluded that withholding dividends for the fiscal year ending Ashad 32, 2082 (16th July 2025) is in the best long-term interest of the companies and shareholders. The decision reflects a strategic priority to strengthen financial stability, reinvest in operations, and ensure sustainable future growth.

The companies have also declared Poush 11 as the book closure date. Shareholders holding shares on that day will be eligible to attend the upcoming AGM, though no dividend will be paid for this fiscal year.
