Maharashtra Seamless Limited has won a fresh order worth ₹217 crore from state-run ONGC for the supply of seamless pipes used in oil and gas operations. The contract will be executed through gradual dispatches over the next few quarters, in line with ONGC’s requirements, the company said in a regulatory filing on November 28, 2025.

This new order reinforces Maharashtra Seamless’ steady order pipeline from the energy sector, where seamless pipes play a critical role in exploration, drilling, and production activities.

Market Reaction

Shares of Maharashtra Seamless closed at ₹583.30, up ₹8.20 or 1.43% on the NSE ahead of the announcement.

Recent Wins: In September 2025, the company secured a ₹265 crore order for seamless pipes in the oil and gas sector, also to be dispatched gradually over subsequent quarters.
