Ngadi Group Power Limited (NGPL) has proposed a 5% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82 and has officially called its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 25th Mangsir, 2082. The meeting will take place at Smart Durbar, Kathmandu, starting at 9:30 AM.

According to the decision made by the board of directors on Mangsir 02, the proposed dividend will be distributed on the company’s paid-up capital of Rs. 3.70 Arba. The proposal includes:

• 4.75% bonus shares
• 0.25% cash dividend (allocated for tax purposes)

In addition to the dividend proposal, the AGM agenda includes approval of the auditor’s report, along with the profit and loss statement, financial reports, and cash flow statements. The appointment of an auditor for the upcoming fiscal year 2082/83 will also be discussed.

The company has announced Mangsir 14 as the book closure date for the dividend. Shareholders who have their names registered in the company’s books before this date will be eligible to receive the dividend. The distribution will proceed only after approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and the endorsement of the 12th AGM.
