Kathmandu, Nov. 17, 2025 — Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited (LSL) has proposed a 10.53% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82, following its 314th board meeting held on November 16, 2025.

The dividend proposal includes:

• 10% bonus shares, amounting to 24,346,572.23 units
• 0.53% cash dividend, including tax, totaling Rs. 128,139,538

The bank’s paid-up capital currently stands at Rs. 24.34 Arba. The decision is subject to approval by the Nepal Rastra Bank and will be formally endorsed at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
