Dividend Approval at 32nd AGM
Unilever Nepal Limited has officially approved a dividend of NPR 1,842 per share for the fiscal year 2081/82. The decision was finalized during the company’s 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Tuesday, 11 November 2025.

AGM Conducted Physically in Kathmandu
The meeting was conducted physically at the Everest Hotel, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, beginning at 4:30 PM NST. During the session, shareholders unanimously endorsed the proposed dividend, which was declared based on the profit available for appropriation.

Regulatory Notification Submitted
In compliance with Section 22(d) of the NEPSE bylaws, Unilever Nepal has officially informed the concerned authorities that the dividend has been confirmed and approved by its shareholders.
