Sanvi Energy Announces End of Lock-In Period for Mutual Fund Shares

Lock-In Period End:
Sanvi Energy Limited (SANVI) has announced that the lock-in period for 1,45,500 ordinary shares allocated to mutual funds will end on 25th Mangsir, 2082.

Share Issuance Details:
The company had issued a total of 37,90,000 unit shares, equivalent to an issued capital of Rs. 37.90 crores. Out of 2,910,000 units, 1,45,500 shares (5%) were specifically set aside for mutual funds with a mandatory six-month lock-in period.

Trading Post Lock-In:
Upon completion of this period, these shares will be free to trade from the specified date. This notice is issued to inform all investors and stakeholders accordingly.
