Forward Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (FOWAD) has opened the auction of 3,62,000 promoter shares to promoter shareholders, other individuals, and institutions starting Kartik 23, 2082. The auction was initially launched on Kartik 17, 2082.

NMB Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for this rights share auction. The minimum bid price is set at Rs. 100 per share, and the minimum bid quantity is 100 units for ordinary right shares. While bidders may submit bids for the full issue, they must comply with the regulatory board’s limit on maximum shareholding per entity.

As of the latest trading, FOWAD shares closed at Rs. 1,111.00. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in the auction before its closing.
