The promoter groups of Nerude Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, and National Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited have announced the auction sale of promoter shares to the general public.
According to the notice, a total of 74,106 promoter shares of NMLBBL, 78,209 promoter shares of MERO, and 107,484 promoter shares of NMFBS will be auctioned from 18th Baisakh to 1st Jestha, 2083.
Existing promoters, institutional investors, and members of the general public are all eligible to participate in the bidding process.
The minimum bid price has been fixed at Rs. 334 per unit for NMLBBL shares, Rs. 375 per unit for MERO shares, and Rs. 675 per unit for NMFBS shares. Investors must apply for a minimum of 1,000 units in each auction.
Interested bidders are allowed to apply for the full quantity of shares available. However, investors must comply with the shareholding limits and regulations set by Nepal Rastra Bank regarding maximum ownership per entity.
