Raymond Realty Ltd. announced on Monday the launch of its most premium residential offering to date—Invictus by GS, BKC—an ultra-luxury project on a 2-acre land parcel in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) corridor, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹2,000 crore.

Harmohan Sahni, CEO of Raymond Realty, stated that the launch marks the company's "structural pivot into the ultra-luxury segment" and is the cornerstone of its ₹14,000 crore Joint Development Agreement (JDA) portfolio. The project is a key step toward achieving the firm’s ₹4,000 crore annual topline target.
Sahni added that 50% of Raymond Realty’s future growth is expected to come from such high-value projects by FY28.
