Major cryptocurrencies staged a recovery on Sunday after suffering heavy losses over the previous few days, supported by stronger-than-expected U.S. non-farm payroll (NFP) data and a rebound in Bitcoin.

Among the top gainers:

• Humanity Protocol surged about 30% to $0.7055, with 24-hour trading volume exceeding $255 million.
• Terra Luna Classic climbed 22% to $0.00006700 from weekend lows.
• Audiera advanced more than 20%.
• Toncoin gained roughly 17%.
• Other strong performers included Canton, Siren, and Pudgy Penguins.

Humanity Protocol has attracted attention due to its focus on decentralized human verification, a sector expected to grow as AI adoption increases. Terra Luna Classic has continued benefiting from token-burning mechanisms that have reduced circulating supply, helping drive gains of more than 120% from its yearly lows.

Audiera, an AI-focused platform for music and content generation, has surged more than 1,000% from its lows earlier this year. Meanwhile, Toncoin's rally follows plans to rebrand the project as "Gram" and launch upgrades aimed at improving network speed and lowering transaction costs.

The broader recovery coincided with Bitcoin rebounding above $62,000 after briefly falling below $60,000. Historically, altcoins often strengthen when Bitcoin recovers.

Despite the bounce, analysts caution that the move could represent a dead-cat bounce—a temporary recovery during a broader downtrend. Recent weakness in cryptocurrencies was driven by strong U.S. employment data, which reduced expectations for interest-rate cuts, as well as continued outflows from Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs as investors shifted capital toward equities.

If ETF outflows persist and macroeconomic conditions remain challenging, cryptocurrencies could face renewed selling pressure after the current rebound.
