December 1, 2025 – SN Aboitiz Power-Magat has informed stakeholders of an ongoing matter with the Philippine Electricity Market Corporation (PEMC) Enforcement & Compliance Office.

The company received a notice of penalty for alleged non-compliance with dispatch conformance standards for the billing period of June 2025. The penalty amounts to ₱1.4 million.

According to SN Aboitiz Power-Magat, most of the reported non-compliances were linked to the plant’s adherence to its obligation to provide ancillary services to the system operator.

The company did not provide further details but continues to engage with PEMC regarding the matter.
