Nepal Finance Limited (NFS) has announced that it will not distribute any dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.

The decision was made during the company’s 407th Board Meeting, held on Mangsir 12, 2082. According to the announcement, the financial institution decided to withhold dividends for this fiscal year. However, the financial statements are still subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

As of the latest trading session, NFS stock closed at Rs. 648.00 on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).
