Hongkong Land Holdings Limited has announced that, as of the close of business on 28 November 2025, its issued share capital comprises 2,163,438,926 ordinary shares, each carrying one vote. The company does not hold any treasury shares.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for determining whether they are required to notify their interest, or any changes to their interest, in the company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
