On Friday, Mangsir 12, the price of gold and silver in the Nepali market saw a significant increase. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association, the price of standard gold rose by NPR 2,200 per tola, reaching NPR 250,600. The previous day, Thursday, gold was priced at NPR 248,400 per tola. After recent fluctuations, trading in gold increased noticeably on Friday.
Similarly, the price of silver also went up by NPR 65 per tola, with Friday’s market rate at NPR 3,345 per tola. On Thursday, silver was priced at NPR 3,280 per tola. The rising prices of both gold and silver reflect growing demand in the market as well as trends in international prices.
