• Sponsors: Sumitomo, Shikoku Electric, Korea Southern Power, and Korea Overseas Infrastructure & Urban Development
• Financing: Project finance expected from JBIC, Kexim, Bank of China, KDB, Worri Bank, Mizuho, MUFG, and STMB
• Status: Kahramaa is seeking to close financing for the project.
