Team Ventures Limited is preparing to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) and has appointed Siddhartha Capital Limited as the issue and sales manager. The company aims to offer 25,18,000 shares to the public as part of this capital-raising initiative.

Team Ventures Limited, established in 2073, is an investment company headquartered in Sinamangal, Kathmandu, with a paid-up capital of NPR 1 billion. The company has diversified investments spanning hydropower, solar energy, manufacturing—including fish feed, TMT, PEB, and steel—agro-infrastructure, and technology. In addition, Team Ventures plans to explore new investment opportunities to expand its portfolio.

The IPO agreement was signed on 8 Mangsir 2082 between Chairman Kesang Shrestha of Team Ventures and Chief Executive Officer Sandeep Karki of Siddhartha Capital Limited. The company’s board of directors includes Lopsang Shrestha, Dorje Gyaltsen Lama, Sangey Dekyi Sherpa, and Bijaya Bahadur Shrestha, with Tenzing Sonam Gonsar serving as CEO. The upcoming IPO reflects the company’s efforts to mobilize resources for further investment and expansion in Nepal’s growing economic sectors.
