River Falls Power Limited has announced the bid-opening date for the auction (sealed confidential bidding) of its 1,028,924 unsold rights shares. As per the notice published, the company will open all received bids on the scheduled date, time, and venue.

The company had invited applications for the auction of these unsold rights shares from 2082/07/26 to 2082/08/03. All bids registered within this period will be opened on 2082/08/08 (Mangsir 8) at 1:00 PM at the office of Prabhu Capital Limited, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.

Prabhu Capital Limited is the issue and sales manager for this share auction process.

River Falls Power has also informed all interested and relevant individuals who wish to attend the bid-opening session to be present at the specified date and time.
