Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWBBL) has proposed a 10% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82, as decided during its 467th board meeting held on Mangsir 03, 2082. The company plans to distribute 5.6365% bonus shares worth Rs. 9.33 crores and a 4.3635% cash dividend (including tax) amounting to Rs. 7.22 crores, based on its paid-up capital of Rs. 1.65 Arba. The proposed dividend will be distributed only after receiving approval from the central bank and endorsement from the upcoming AGM. As of the latest trading session, SWBBL has an LTP of Rs. 780.00.
