Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWBBL) has announced a dividend for its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The institution has proposed to distribute 5.6365% bonus shares on the current paid-up capital and 4.3635% cash dividend (including tax for the bonus shares). The decision was made during the board meeting held on Mangsir 3. The proposed dividend will be distributed only after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
