Mai Khola Hydropower Limited (MKHL) has announced its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled to take place on 25th Mangsir, 2082. The meeting will be held at Smart Durbar, located at Shankha Park, Kathmandu, and will begin at 11:00 AM.

The AGM will address several key agendas, including:

1. Endorsement of the financial reports for the fiscal year 2081/82.
2. Approval of the auditor’s report, including profit and loss statements, financial reports, and cash flow statements.
3. Appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83.
4. Approval of the decisions made by the Board of Directors.
5. Discussions regarding meeting allowances and facilities for Board members.
6. Approval of the institutional good governance report.
7. Discussion on obtaining additional loans for project reconstruction.
8. Miscellaneous items.

A major highlight among the agendas is the proposal to issue right shares in a 1:1 ratio, aimed at increasing the company’s authorized and issued capital.

The company has set Mangsir 11 as the book closure date. Investors who hold shares before this date will be eligible to attend the AGM.
