Sarbottam Cement Limited (SARBTM) has announced its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for 26th Mangsir, 2082. The meeting will be held at Hotel Siddhartha Vilasa, Bhairahawa, Rupandehi, beginning at 11:00 AM.

A key highlight of the AGM agenda is the endorsement of a 20% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The company’s board of directors has proposed:

• 15% cash dividend worth Rs. 74.63 crore (including tax)
• 5% bonus shares worth Rs. 24.87 crore

The dividend proposal is based on Sarbottam Cement's existing paid-up capital of Rs. 4.97 Arba.

In addition to the dividend approval, the AGM will also consider endorsing the auditor’s report, including the company’s profit and loss statements, financial reports, and cash flow statements. The meeting will also appoint an auditor for the upcoming fiscal year 2082/83.

The company has set Mangsir 12 as the book closure date. Shareholders who are listed in the company’s records before this date will be eligible for the dividend and are permitted to attend the AGM.
