Greenedi Energy Limited has officially appointed Prabhu Capital Limited as its share issue and sales manager to move forward with its upcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO). The agreement was signed on Mangsir 1, 2082, by Greenedi Energy’s Chairman Yuresh Man Kayastha and Prabhu Capital’s Managing Director Ashish Gauchan.

Under the plan, the company will issue 30% of its total issued capital to project-affected locals and the general public.

Completion of Idi Khola Hydropower & Future Plans

Greenedi Energy has successfully completed the Idi Khola Hydropower Project in Kaski, which has been generating commercial electricity since Baishakh 08. The project is supported by a team of experts from sectors including banking, hydropower, insurance, and the capital market. It is developed under the Q-65 hydrology model, ensuring efficient and sustainable operation.

Looking ahead, Greenedi Energy aims to expand its investments into hydropower, solar energy, and other green energy projects, reinforcing its commitment to Nepal’s sustainable energy development.
