Kathmandu, Nov. 17, 2025 — Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited (LSL) has announced a dividend for its shareholders from the profit of the previous fiscal year.

The bank declared 10% bonus shares from its current paid-up capital along with 0.53% cash dividend (including applicable taxes).

Board Decision and Approval Process
The decision was made during the board of directors’ meeting held on Kartik 30, 2082. The dividend will be distributed after receiving approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and subsequent ratification at the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM).
