Makar Jitumaya Suri Hydropower Company Limited (MAKAR) has scheduled its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Mangsir 26, 2082. The meeting will be held at Surya Events, Kathmandu-4, Dhumbarahi, Anandanagar, starting at 10:30 AM.

The agendas for the AGM include:

1. Approval of the annual report for the fiscal year 2081/82.
2. Approval of the auditor’s report along with the profit and loss statements, financial statements, and cash flow reports for FY 2081/82.
3. Appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83.
4. Miscellaneous topics.

The company has set Mangsir 12 as the book closure date. Shareholders who hold shares before this date are eligible to attend the AGM.
