Mountain Energy Nepal Limited will hold its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 29, 2082 (Monday, 15 December 2025) at 10:00 AM at Amrapali Banquet Catering & Events, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu.

Board Approval:
The date, time, and venue were decided in the company’s 134th Board of Directors meeting. The notice of the AGM was published in Naya Patrika Daily on Kartik 25, 2082.

Agenda of the AGM:

• Discussion on financial statements and reports for the fiscal year 2081/82.
• Review and approval of the annual report presented by the Board of Directors, auditor’s report, and financial statements including balance sheet, profit & loss account, and cash flow statement for the year ending Ashadh 2082.
• Approval of proposals for the upcoming year.

The AGM will provide shareholders an opportunity to discuss the company’s performance and strategic plans for the next year.
