Initial Trading on Pre-Open Session:
On Tuesday, Kartik 25, Bandipur Cable Car & Tourism Limited (BANDIPUR) and Swastik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (SWASTIK) recorded their first trades in the special pre-open session of the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).

• Bandipur shares were first traded at Rs. 285 per share.
• Swastik shares opened at Rs. 391.70 per share.

Listing Details:
Both companies were listed on NEPSE on Monday.

• Bandipur:
  • Public shares: 5,860,000 units
  • Promoter shares: 22,440,000 units
  • Total shares listed: 28,300,000 units
• Swastik:
  • Public shares: 231,000 units
  • Promoter shares: 346,500 units
  • Total shares listed: 577,500 units

Opening Price Range:

• NEPSE provided Bandipur an opening range of Rs. 95.24 to Rs. 285.72 per share.
• Swastik received a range of Rs. 171.78 to Rs. 515.34 per share.

Based on these ranges, the special pre-open session trading for both companies was conducted today. Going forward, the shares will be traded regularly in the secondary market.
